"Peace, Through Superior Firepower" embodies the paradoxical concept of peace through deterrence and the threat of violence. It invites the viewer to explore the fragile balance between peace and war while also celebrating those have fought for their country. Also, to comtemplate how the United States of America can promote peace, but contradictorily engage in many wars as a militarily dominant world power. 
 
This piece was hand painted using high quality acrylic paints over a collage of vintage war magazines clippings on a thick wooden stretched canvas. It is fully coated in epoxy resin to protect the art underneath and for a very nice reflective shine. Feel free to inquire about this piece if it is still available.
